Responding to DMCA Notices Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will take the following actions:

  1. We will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.

  2. We will notify the user who posted the allegedly infringing material, providing them with a copy of the DMCA notice and instructions on how to submit a counter-notice.

Submitting a DMCA Counter-Notice If you believe that your material has been removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice. To submit a DMCA counter-notice, please provide the following information in writing:

  1. Identify the material that was removed or disabled and the location or URL where it was previously available.

  2. Provide your contact information, including your name, physical address, email address, and phone number.

  3. Include a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

  4. Include a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located or, if outside the United States, to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the Northern District of California, and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice or an agent of such person.

  5. Your physical or electronic signature.
